OUR STORY - We are a family and veteran-owned and operated park, with a focus on hospitality, friendly customer service and quality lodging accommodations. Our original careers were in high school administration and elementary education. A planned sabbatical unexpectedly launched us into the RV lifestyle, and later, the purchase of Chalet RV Park. With 3 children in tow, we quickly discovered the industry’s need for child-friendly parks. After 3 years of being Camp Hosts, we took the plunge and became Owner/Operators of this lovely, rustic campground in Donnelly, Idaho. Today we are excited to offer adventurous retirees, outdoor enthusiasts, and fun-seeking families a clean, fun, friendly camping opportunity. Each week, guests of Chalet can be seen enjoying s’mores by the campfire, watching an outdoor movie, having coffee and donuts with our family, swinging on the playground with our kids, napping in the shade of a tall pine, chatting with an old friend or a new acquaintance… We invite YOU to come be our guests!
