Chalet Guidelines
Relax, Recreate, Relate. Your enjoyment is our top priority. Please let us know if we can be of assistance! Information about local Recreation, Areas of Interest, Shops, Services and Maps are available at the Chalet Office.
Speed Limit: 7 MPH.
Campsite occupancy limits: 1 Camper + 1 Vehicle + 1 Family (2 Adults + kids).
NO tents at RV sites, please.
Children under 12 must be supervised. Especially at Playground and Boulder Creek. Play at Own Risk!
Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
Pets are welcome. When outside of RV, pets must be on-leash and supervised. Portable Pet yards welcome. Please clean up after your pet promptly. No aggressive or excessively-noisy pets. Thank you!
Free Hotspot at Office (seating inside and outside).
1 Vehicle per Campsite, NO EXCEPTIONS. Overflow Parking Passes are available at the Chalet Office for $10/night or $50/month per vehicle.
Propane Fire Pits and BBQs welcome. NO wood fires at campsites. Wood fires are welcome at Community Campfire Site.
Check In Time starts at 1 p.m. and Check Out Time is 11:00am. Late arrivals OK. Please try to arrive before dark for easier parking.
Restrooms & Showers available 24 Hours.
Laundry available 9am-9pm.
Valid U.S. Photo ID required.
Chalet reserves the right to refuse service.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Not able to make it? Please let us know as soon as possible!
Payment in-full is due at time of booking.
Daily & Weekly Stays: Cancel Fee = 1 Night’s Fee (for Weekly: 1 Night’s Fee per week); Balance is Refunded.
Monthly Stays: $300 Non-Refundable Deposit; Balance is Refunded.
ALL Stays: If 7 Days (or less) prior to Arrival Date, NO Refund or Credit.
Early Departure: NO Refund or Credit.
Reservation CHANGES: Based on Availability, Cancellation Fee applies.
Acts of Nature: (especially weather and wildfires) Regular Cancellation Policy Applies, unless Chalet is ordered to Evacuate by local authorities.
Release of Liability
All campers release Chalet Family Campground, its owners, and staff, of all liability for loss or damage to property and/or injury to person arising out of use/abuse of said camping facilities.
